Improve your English fast from bad to moderate
Go to library. Pick what you want to read, if you
enjoy sports pick sports magazine or read newspaper which is English. You can also read books about sports like
techniques and etc.
No fancy reading? Listen to English songs and seek
for their lyrics. How can you get the latest songs? You can actually listen
them on the radio and using an app called “Shazam “which helps you to identify
the name of the songs.( The app is very user-friendly and it do not requires
any data plan to work with .When you listen a song which you like in public for
example , you open the app and the app will record your soundtrack
automatically and identify the song name next time when your phone is connected
to Wi-Fi for the Internet.) Next, go to YouTube. If you want to watch the MV
just type in the name of the songs it will normally come out with the official
MV of the songs. To watch the lyrics while the video is playing , try searching
by putting the word “ lyric “ after your song name . E.g. Roar lyric. You can
now get the songs by converting the video into mp3 and download it into your
computer. You are not allowed to convert the official MV into mp3 but if the
lyric video you can do so by copying your video URL and paste it in the website
www.youtube-mp3.org/ and
so you get the songs easily.
To
check for latest songs you can simply search for the website for radio stations
like Hitz Fm top songs or etc.
Watch
movies with English subtitles. Yeah I mean English drama of course. Watching
Chinese movies with English subtitles sound weird but if you watch a English
drama with English subtitle it is really easy to follow even though sometimes
you cannot understand the word. Day by day, your English will also improve.
Social
networking sites like Facebook or Twitter can allow you to learn English too.
If you like those pages or follow those people from overseas, you will normally
see that they do post things like quotes or etc. Some phrases from quote are
quite interesting as you can use them while you are writing an essay or what.
You can also be a YouTube users and follow all those channels which you are
interested can keep yourself update with their videos. You can learn many
things at the same time by watching their videos especially from those overseas
people who have good grasp of English.
After
all, taking notes while you face words or phrases that you do not understand
and do some research by looking the meaning of the word on Internet or the
dictionary will really help you too. Just jot them down in a book so you can
revise them.
